Our weekly lunch club for the elderly has a significant impact on social isolation prevention in the North West of Aberdeen.
Our vision is to create a community of friendship, hospitality and belonging. Around a table with food is where most of us feel truly ‘at home’.
Our lunch club is a 2 hour gathering every Monday where a healthy home-made meal is provided for all attendees, as well as an hour of singing, entertainment, stories and inter-generational fun. This often involves guest speakers/musicians/police/historians and local nursery children.
Anyone over the age of 55 is welcome to attend, and should call Sheila Sabbagh on 01224 317430 to book their place.
